NexR® works from "what is" towards the highest achievable, which they call "the optimum." To either stay in or reach the optimum, NexR® focuses on four organizational elements and their interconnection: Structure, Strategy, People & Leadership, and Purpose.‍For each of the four organizational elements, we produced a tantalizing animation. Considering that NexR® is building connections within organizations and the idea that progress is never linear, we thought it would be exciting to work with a marble run. The 3D-visualized wooden marble run symbolizes an ongoing and adaptive process – just like a functional marble run is created by making appropriate connections, among other things.‍
