ABB E-mobility isn’t just making chargers; they are building the infrastructure for a fossil-free future.
From the compact C50 Chargepost to the massive MCS1200 for heavy-duty. Our challenge was to create a unified visual language for this diverse lineup. We needed to bridge the gap between consumer design and industrial strength.
Our vision? A premium, consistent studio look that positions every device; whether it’s for a parking lot or a bus depot, as a piece of cutting-edge technology.

AUDIO DESIGN
We treated these digital models like high-end product photography. We spent hours perfecting the textures, the matte finish of the housing, the gloss of the touchscreens, and the weight of the connectors.
The result is a set of hyper-realistic images that look identical in quality, regardless of the product’s physical scale.
For the reveal of the MCS1200 and C50, we placed the chargers in a deep, cinematic void to let the light do the work. Aggressive rim lighting traces the silhouettes, while the signature red status lights cut through the black.
It’s a tease-and-reveal strategy where the product slowly emerges from the darkness. Heavy. Monolithic. And defined purely by its lines.
The power of 3D lies in control. By digitizing the full range, from the compact C50 to the industrial MCS1200, we ensured that every product feels like part of the same family. No weather issues, no inconsistent studio setups.
Just pure, calculated perfection. We gave ABB a flexible asset library where the heavy-duty chargers look just as sophisticated as the destination chargers.
