The Mastersizer 3000+ is a reliable partner for particle size analysis. It consistently delivers robust data – plus digital and Artificial Intelligence-based solutions – to inform critical decision-making in R&D and manufacturing.
The world’s most popular particle size analyser, the Mastersizer 3000+ from Malvern Panalytical, feeds the curiosity of researchers, promising the smartest way to measure particle size while building on and extending the success of its predecessor. Curiosity and eagerness drive researchers further, and this next-gen instrument enables them to delve deeper into the core of particle analysis.
We had the privilege and challenge of creating a storyline from scratch. Collaborating with experts from Malvern Panalytical, we learned more about the instrument and why it works so exceptionally well. With features such as adaptive diffraction, machine learning, and an extended range of accessories and capabilities, we crafted a compelling voice-over script and developed a reveal video.
Based on the assets we created for the reveal video, we also produced a 30-second teaser and a set of 3D product images. These realistic 3D renders are used for offline and online promotions, including brochures and web content.

Together with Malvern Panalytical, we continue to build Digital Twins for their new instruments—this is the 7th production joining the family. In addition to the 2D/3D shots, we also produced a custom-made audio track based on the sound identity we developed earlier.

The virtual reality experiences we create for Malvern Panalytical are produced in collaboration with our tech partner, 100%FAT. Using high-end, repolished 3D models of each instrument, we optimize them for VR and craft a dynamic storyline. The experts at 100%FAT then build the entire VR environment, including interactivity, video integration, multi-player functionality, and both online and offline usage.
